The term Aufguss, meaning “infusion” in German, refers to the traditional sauna ritual that involves infusing the air with carefully chosen essential oils to heighten the benefits of the heat and promote deep relaxation. Justine will use a bespoke selection of essential oils tailored to the group’s needs, helping to clear mental clutter, ease physical discomfort, and stimulate emotional healing. Session Overview

Guided Meditation (15 mins): Set your intentions and regulate your nervous system before entering the sauna.
Sauna Sessions (2 x 15 - 20 mins): Experience the therapeutic effects of heat and essential oils, with minimal conversation and gentle prompts from Justine.
Cool-Off & Coaching (2 x 15 -20 mins): Relax and cool off between sauna sessions, with 1:1 support for those wanting to try cold plunge or deepen their relaxation.
Reflection & Closing (10 mins): Conclude the session by revisiting your intentions and reflecting on your experience.
