Justine will use a bespoke selection of essential oils tailored to the group’s needs, helping to clear mental clutter, ease physical discomfort, and stimulate emotional healing. Session Overview

Guided Meditation (15 mins): Set your intentions and regulate your nervous system before entering the sauna.
Sauna Sessions (2 x 15 - 20 mins): Experience the therapeutic effects of heat and essential oils, with minimal conversation and gentle prompts from Justine.
Cool-Off & Coaching (2 x 15 -20 mins): Relax and cool off between sauna sessions, with 1:1 support for those wanting to try cold plunge or deepen their relaxation.
Reflection & Closing (10 mins): Conclude the session by revisiting your intentions and reflecting on your experience.
