    Welcome to Sauna Collectives Monthly Feel Good Day where you have the opportunity to experience various wellness modalities  facilitated by passionate experts in their chosen fields and then followed  by an incredible contrast therapy session of Wood-fired sauna goodness and cold plunge. There is no doubt in our minds that you could choose any of these sessions and you will inspire your physiology and psychology to reset, recalibrate and rejuvinate... all the while meeting and connecting with incredible people in a shared experience and be a part of the foundation of the Sauna Collective Community.

    The Menu for Saturday the 25th consists of Three Feel Good Sessions for you to choose from ...Yoga . Animal Flow & Breathwork 

    Plus Two European style Social Sauna Sessions... A midday session and an evening session 

    10am -12pm Feel Good Session 1

    Yoga + Sauna + Ice = $49 pp

    Founder of the Yoga Roots Studio in Torbay, Marjolein Van Leeuwen, widely regarded as one of the best teachers in the Yoga space will take you on a sacred Yoga Journey that infuses the ancient & the modern to leave your nervous system & body relaxed yet alert. 

    12:30 -3 pm Social Sauna sessions 

    Sauna + Cold Plunge = $40 pp

    This time slot is open for those who just feel like enjoying the Sauna & Cold Plunge with friends. 2.5 hours of relaxing and enjoying the Sauna & cold plunge full European style. Feel free to bring food etc and enjoy.

    2pm- 4pm Feel Good Session 2 

    Animal Flow + Sauna + Ice

    Your Animal Flow session is guided by very experienced Movement Coach and personal trainer Tess from Wellness Tess. Animal Flow is a floor based practice that is fun, functional and enhances mindfulness. It combines elements of Yoga, gymnastics and animal inspired movements that together create a dynamic body-weight workout. The movements in Animal Flow mimic creatures like the bear, crab and ape, creating a full body work out with sequences that will be challenging and fun! AF improves strength, mobility, balance and overall wellness.The practice emphasises control, coordination and fluidity of movement - yet can be modified to suit all fitness levels....Most of All Animal Flow is a lot of Fun!

    Following this transformative , body connective session your  60 minute Sauna & Ice session will be ready for you to fully relax and recalibrate.

    When should i arrive?

    Arrive 5-10minutes prior to the start of your session

    What do i require for Sauna & Ice Session?

    You will need you swimwear/bathers , two towels ( one to sit on and one to dry off) and water to stay hydrated.

    Do i need to bring a yoga mat?

    Yes , for the yoga you will require a yoga mat. 

    Is there a place to change?

    Yes
