Below is more detailed description of each session all of which will be followed by 60 minute social contrast therapy session of Icebath and Authentic Wood-fired Sauna @ 85 to 95 Degrees Celcius

Session 1 - 9:30am : Transformational Yoga + Sauna + Ice

Transformational Yoga Session 9:30am to 10:30am ( please arrive latest 9:25am)
Sauna & Ice Session 10:30 to 11:30am

Transformational Yoga is a deep practice that can have profound effects on the Mind & body. What makes it so powerful and unique is that while all the postures are very accessible to all levels it is the precise use of breath techniques, Humming and Mantra ( sacred sound) in each posture that takes the energy of the practice to another level rarely experienced in typical yoga classes. If you have been on the search for a powerful & authentic yogic experience to reset , recalibrate & bliss out too then this is it.

Following this session with Sauna & Ice bath simply provides you with the creme de la creme of ways you could start your weekend.

This Yoga class is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those who are completely new to yoga.

Session 2 - 11:00am : Hybrid Strength & Conditioning Session + Sauna +Ice

This hybrid strength and Conditioning session is designed by the Kairos team to allow people of all levels to get an intense training session utilizing both body weight and a variety of excercises exploring their Kairos unconventional training methodologies & equipment like Macebells, Rings and kettlebels. This session will leave test your mind and your body craving the ice and heat.

Kairos Founders Gabriel and Hunter have over 28 years of collective qualified experience and believe in the power of movement culture, which goes beyond traditional fitness routines. Session 3 - 1:30pm : Primal Movement Lab with Reconnection Training and Founder Gabriel

This session is an introduction to the methodologiesof regenerative practices aimed at recovering ancestral patterns of human movement from an evolutionary perspective.Theses practices have been developed through extensive experience gain over Gabriels 18 year journeyas a physical activity professionalwith a holistic approach in the fitness and wellness industry.

Gabriels infectious passion for Human Movement and performance means you will finish your session knowing you have activated yourself on all levels and can then simply sit back and allow the hot and cold goodness to support and integrate your nervous system leaving you feeling physiologically & psychologically satisfied.

Join Janet founder of Home Gown Primal as she firstly takes you on an investigation of what Ancestral living is and the tenets that guide the ancestral lifestyle and its powerful healing benefits that can inspire a daily life of energy, vitality & gratitude. Janet will then guide you through a profoundly deep Kundalini yogic practice crafted to raise your vibration and awaken your entire being. Leaving you feeling blissed out and a deep sense of peace and connection.

Once the session is finished you will then continue the deep relaxation and rejuvination process with a nice long multi round Sauna & ice bath session.

Can i bring a snack? Yes you can

Can i bring tea, coffee or Cacao ? Yes we will also have some Daoist adaptogen tea to drink.

Is there a place to change? Yes there is a place to change but we would encourage already having your bathers on when you arrive because this will save time and make it easier for you.

Could i do Yoga Sauna session and then the strength session or ancestrial tenetworkshop etc? Yes that has been done before ... there is a ticketing option for this simply choose the combinations you want. for example someone might choose to do the Yoga session only then do the breathing workshop + Sauna + ice after or you may choose to do Breathing Pattern Workshop only then join for Primal movement +Sauna +ice ...
