Your monthly Sauna Collective Feeel Goood Session is back on Saturday the 22nd June in Rothesay Bay.

This Month you have three sessions to choose from... two of which are different styles of Yoga to celebrate International Day of Yoga and lastly a Sacred Shamanic Journey with Alyse Young as part of the Winter Solstice.

Below are your options to choose from all of which will be followed by 60 minute social contrast therapy session of Icebath and Wood-fired Sauna.

Session 1 - 9:30am : Transformational Yoga + Sauna +Ice by Yoga Roots with Marjolein

Transformational Yoga Session 9:30am to 10:30am ( please arrive latest 9:25am)
Sauna & Ice Session 10:30 to 11:30am

This Yoga class is suitable for all levels, incl beginners and those who are completely new to yoga. Transformational Yoga is a very deep practice that can have profound effects on the Mind & body. What makes it so powerful and unique is that while all the postures are very accessible to all levels it is speciful use of breath, Humming and Mantra in each posture that takes the energy of the practice to anoter level rarely experienced in standard yoga classes. Following this session with Sauna & Ice bath simply provides you with the creme de la creme of ways you could start your day.

Session 2 - 11:00am : Flow Yoga + Sauna + Ice by Yoga Roots with Rachele Pupilli

Yoga Flow Session 11am to 12pm ( please arrive latest 10:55am)
Sauna & Ice Session 12pm to 1pm

Strong, awakening, energising....join us for this dynamic yoga class if you feel like moving with your breath & stretching out your spine. Flowing into your weekend feeling energised. This class with Rachele combines pranayama, flow asana sequences and a deep relaxation at the end. The perfect weekend re-charge class;
Postures for the body.
Breath work for the soul.
Rest for the mind.

Session 3 - 2pm : Shamanic Journey + Sauna + Ice with Alyse Young

Shamanic Journey 2pm - 3 pm
Sauna & Ice Session 3pm - 4 pm

If your feeling stuck or curious to explore another way to find answers, while at the same time participating in an ancient healing practice this could be for you. Alyse has more than three decades of experience in this space and is a master at holding space while you Journey inwards & outwards... No experience is necessary, just a curious mind and open heart to help you explore new possibilities and potentials. Having the Sauna & ice as a way to integrate and remain grounded ensures you leave not only with a new vision but also feeling incredible and you head into the full moon later that evening.

What do i need to bring?

two towels ( one to sit on in the Sauna & one to dry off )
Water to stay hydrated
Yoga Mat for Yoga
Something comfy to lie on for Shamanic Journey eg sheep skin , blanket , pillow etc

Can i bring a snack? Yes you can

Can i bring tea, coffee or Cacao ? Yes

Is there a place to change? Yes there is a place to change but we would encourage already having your bathers on when you arrive because this will save time and make it easier for you.

Could i do Yoga Sauna session and then just Shamanic Journey? Yes that has been done before ... there is a ticketing option for this
