Meet Your Instructors

Nate Daubert: is the first American to earn full certification from the Deutsche Sauna Akademie. With a background in German studies, design, data science – and having toured 100’s of bathhouses worldwide – he brings a unique blend of global insight and technical knowledge to the American sauna culture.

Alycia Wong: Denver’s first Sauna Master and founder of The Way Hōm, contributes her internationally trained background in breathwork, contrast therapy, and somatic disciplines, guiding individuals and organizations toward deeper embodiment and intentional wellness programming design.

Grace Edmunds: a certified Sauna Master trained in the UK and a Saunotus practitioner and sauna healer trained in Finland. She is also the owner of Northern Kin Sauna Co., one of the first mobile saunas in Vermont. For over 12 years, she has been guiding mindfulness meditation and embodiment, and now she weaves these practices into the heat, steam, scent, and rhythm of her sauna rituals. Grace’s Aufguss rituals and traditional Finnish Saunotus experiences are crafted as ceremony—designed with the intention to reharmonize you with nature (both the forest and your own true nature), soothe your nervous system, and leave you feeling restored.
