Looking for something different and fun for Mum this year?
How about a morning of all things good sausage... and mimosas.
A hands-on workshop, this class includes butchery, recipe development, mincing, and finally filling and forming two different types of sausages. Yes, you'll be doing all of these steps yourself!
When we’ve finished our sausages, we’ll join around a long table to share a delicious lunch complete w/grilled meats, salads and matched beer or wine.
Take-home perks: Everyone gets to take home the sausages they've made. 3kg in total.
