The Friends of Lake Moodemere invite you to a special gala event on Saturday, March 1st, from 6pm onwards at the stunning Lake Moodemere Estates. This is not just any other party; it's a chance to make a real difference!

We're raising funds to fight a proposed 24/7 service centre development that threatens the tranquility and pristine environment of Lake Moodemere and the Sunday Creek Conservation Reserve. This development would bring noise, light pollution, increased traffic and disruption to this peaceful haven, impacting the delicate ecosystem and our community's enjoyment of this natural treasure.

Here's what you can expect at our Gala Event:

• Delicious house made canapés: Indulge in the locally sourced gourmet delights from the kitchen of Lake Moodemere Estates. 
• Local wines: an array of Rutherglen’s award winning fine wines, donated by the Winemakers of Rutherglen, will be available at bar prices. All wine sales will go directly to the fundraising efforts.
