• What is included in my ticket?

  Your ticket includes:

  • A glass of bubbles on arrival

  • Seasonal canapés

  • A two-course shared autumn long lunch

  • Bonus winemaker-hosted pours throughout the afternoon

  All additional wines — including bottles and wines by the glass — are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

• Are drinks included?

  A welcome glass of bubbles (or two) and curated winemaker pours are included.

  Beyond this, all wines (by the glass or bottle), museum releases and large-format selections are available for purchase on the day.

• What time does the event start and finish?

  Arrival is from 11:30am for bubbles and canapés. Guests will be seated from 12:30pm for lunch service.

  Live music continues through the afternoon and event finished at 5pm sharp.

• Is seating allocated?

  This is a shared long table experience. Guests will be seated in table sections.

  Table Captain bookings will be seated together. If booking separately but wishing to sit together, please advise at checkout.

• Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

  Yes. All dietary requirements must be provided at checkout for each guest. Advance notice is essential.

• What is the refund policy?

  Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event. After this date, tickets are non-refundable. Ticket transfers are permitted.

• What should I wear?

  Smart casual with autumn layers recommended. Think relaxed wine country long lunch.
