Sax and Violence | Big Horns Big Drums Big Grooves

Sax and Violence comprises the brass rhythm section of infamous Australian band Oxo Cubans (Tim Jones and Leo Dale) and the contemporary wild taiko drumming of Yyan Ng. Expect the tightest big horns with local legend and TSO-expat Tim Jones on Tuba, Leo Dale on Baritone, tenor and soprano saxophone with some big ass Japanese drums. 

With the violence limited to the Taiko kind, this is  the kind of Sax and Violence your mom approves of.  

They make their performance debut at The World’s Smallest Improvised Music Festival at Assembly 197, Wellington St Launceston.
