StrongBodies is a community-based physical activity program designed to help individuals of all ages build strength, flexibility, and balance.

There are two class times available for the 10-week series scheduled for September 15 - November 19.

Tues/Thurs from 9:00am-10:15am with Kate and Karen
Tues/Thurs from 10:30am-11:45am with Virginia and Laura

Cost: $35 suggested contribution for the whole series

Space is limited, so please attend only the class for which you register.

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes with rubber soles, preferably athletic shoes. Please bring a mat. You may also want to bring a water bottle.
