Join us for a relaxed and practical HR roundtable with Kaitlin Trebley from SORT. Human Resources.

From finding the right staff and setting clear expectations to managing workplace challenges and having those difficult conversations, this interactive session is all about tackling the real HR issues facing local businesses.

Rather than a formal presentation, this is your opportunity to sit around the table, share experiences, ask questions and get practical advice on recruitment, onboarding, staff management, workplace boundaries and building a stronger team.

Designed for small business owners and managers, come along with your questions, challenges and ideas for an open conversation about all things HR.
