    Through good planning, price modelling, packaging / inclusions and working with the right partners - you can not only broaden your market, but also diversify and strengthen your business.

    Trying to retrofit pricing to meet travel wholesale needs can be difficult. This workshop and conversation is about thinking outside the box, considering ways to get your pricing on track to connect to wholesalers / retailers / OTAs / ITOs - as well as ensuring stability in your direct business. Cat also will work with you on meeting customer demands, support conversations to ideate and tap into new ways your products could be developed to support. Let's collectively consider how the tourism industry on King Island can capitalise on global travel demand for experiences, authenticity and products that can deliver an exceptional connection to place.
