Event description

Sourdough Business Women Ballina Chapter's June 2022 hub examines conscious business in practice - steps both big and small we can all take within our businesses to shape a more inclusive and regenerative economy, effecting positive and lasting change.

As we face the challenge of addressing climate change, social inequity and changing expectations on good business practice, it’s clear that increasingly employees, customers and investors want to connect with ethical, sustainable and responsible businesses.

Businesses that connect, care and collaborate.

Join us for the next Sourdough Ballina Business Women event, where Sonja Ceri will speak about why is there a need for ethical marketing and how she and her team live this at 4DP.

Sonja will uncover how businesses can connect with consumers by redefining business success beyond the bottom line. How collaboration for and in conscious business can help consumers and other businesses reduce their impact on the planet and improve the resilience of their communities.

Sonja will offer her insights into 'MythBusters on how to grow and scale your business', with key takeaways on:

  1. Why do you need a North Star
  2. How do you get where you want to be
  3. Who do you take with you
  4. How do you structure your operations
  5. How do you go to market

Walk away with valuable tools and tactics on how you can take steps towards a more conscious and considered business model while connecting with incredible local women in business.
