    Talking Passion, Creativity & Profit

Ever wanted to know how you can take your passion and make a business out of it?

Fellow creative Prue Mitchell from PM3 Art & Design will sit in conversation with Caroline Lang founder of Pikt, local flower farm and florist to learn about the steps she took to enter and triumph in this highly competitive industry.

Find out more about pivoting your business, in Caroline’s case from cattle farm to flower farm, and the why’s, the how’s and the hurdles she overcame to make this change.

Anyone who works in the creative field knows that the business side of things can be challenging. So, when it’s not your ‘thang’ where do you go?

So many questions and we hope to get through them all including the big elephant in the room, Covid, which impacted so many businesses locally and globally. How did Pikt rise to this challenge?

You're sure to leave with some tips and inspiration for your own business, so please come armed with any questions you may have.

    About Caroline:

From a young age Caroline has had an obsession with flowers, her Grandmother and Nan, were both amazing gardeners with magic green thumbs and blossoming rose gardens and vegetable patches as far as the eye could see.

After 25 years in the floral design industry, Caroline is still inspired every day and comments: “I still get so excited about what I do, I find it hard to explain how much I truly adore this industry. “

Her work is unique, and her designs are influenced both by nature and her adventures around the world, each creation inspired from the blooms she sees daily.

“Everyday is a new canvas waiting to be painted with the beauty that unfurls from the soil and makes its way into my hands.”

Book your place to hear more about how you can turn your creativity into a full-blown business, so you too can paint a blank canvas every day. What a way to make your work!
