Event description

Create & Connect

Join us in collaboration with Emma Lang of The Maker Place as we offer this opportunity to gather together in this beautiful space to create a unique piece of ceramic ware and open up the discussion on how Sourdough Business Women might best support women in business in the region.

Light local snacks and Pyewackets drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options) are included in the ticket price and you will take home with you a finished piece of handmade air dry clay art, along with some new local friends and contacts.

About Emma:

Emma Lang has been a ceramic artist for coming up to 10 years now, where she makes functional tableware on the wheel. She owns an art studio in Lismore where she runs workshops.

Her space is a beautiful light filled studio in the heart of Lismore CBD where she herself runs ceramic and basket weaving workshops and gets other artists in to teach. Other workshops include Lead lighting, Sewing, Macrame, painting etc.

She runs hens parties, birthday parties and lots of other special events.

"I adore having people walk through the doors and leave having learnt a new skill to take with them"

This is a space dedicated to women only, all who identify as women, to come together to create and connect.

This event is proudly sponsored by Nexia Australia.
