What You Need to Know

One QR code, many tickets. Your single QR code covers all tickets in your order.
Name on the list. Even if you forget your QR code, your name will be in our house book and you’ll be admitted.
Paper backup optional. Prefer a printed ticket? You’re welcome to print your QR code.
Doors open early. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the performance to settle in.
Refund policy. Ticket costs are 100% refundable up to one day before the concert. No refunds are available on the day of the performance. Please note that Humanitix service and ticketing fees (including credit card surcharges) are non-refundable.
