This one-day immersive session offers a practical introduction to systems practice, blending theory with hands-on application. You’ll explore key tools and frameworks, engage in peer learning, and connect with fellow changemakers in a thoughtful, interactive space.

At the heart of this masterclass is the art of Scaling Deep—moving beyond the dominant focus on "scaling up" and "scaling out" toward transformation that is rooted in relationships, collaboration, and long-term cultural shifts. Systems change isn’t just about rapid expansion or quick wins; it requires deep personal reflection, collective healing, and contextually grounded action.

Who is this for?
Designed for professionals in social innovation and systemic change, this masterclass brings together a diverse group of participants tackling complex challenges such as climate change, social justice, health, education, and more. We prioritise voices with lived experience of unjust systems and welcome participants from around the world.

What will it involve?

Live, virtual or in-person session (Aotearoa New Zealand) with expert facilitation
Practical frameworks & tools for systemic change
Deep discussions on Scaling Deep and how slow, relational work contributes to durable change
Small group conversations to apply learning to your context
Peer-to-peer exchange and networking opportunities
Curated resources for continued exploration after the session

This is an opportunity to step away from outdated models of change and embrace a systems practice that centers depth, relationships, and cultural transformation—all in a single high-impact day.
