About your coach

Claire Mula (GAICD) is an Australian entrepreneur, researcher and scaling up coach. With 20+ years lived experience in digital media, CPG and technology, Claire has profound knowledge of entrepreneurship and business growth. Claire also collaborates with academics and has co-authored research publications on scaling. She understands planning for scale begins early and coaches firms as early as 10+ staff and/or a few million dollars in revenue to sizeable, multi-million dollar businesses with energy and clarity. Claire commits her time each year to also coaching leaders of social enterprises and purpose-driven companies for positive impact.

Claire loves to travel with her family, and take to the water in Sydney’s stunning harbour and beaches when she is not being walked by her dog, Charlie.

About the workshop

This is more than a lean-back training! This is a practical interactive workshop where you will take time to work ON the business, guided by an expert coach.

Acceleration Program Steps

Step 1 - Reserve you spot and Initial call to assess your fit for the Scaling Up Acceleration Workshop.

Step 2 - Complete an initial Scaling Up assessment to unearth your hidden scaling opportunities and constraints. We will have a pre-workshop call to run through your Team's Personalised Report.

Step 3 - Attend the 2-Day Workshop in person with your team and other scale up stage leadership team. Max of 6 teams.

There is an optional coaching call with all participants after the session, to help support the implementation of the Scaling Up methods and tools in the workshop in the work place.

Scaling Up Acceleration workshop will be over 2-days in person. 

You and your team will learn and apply the tools that drive and manage scale. CEOs / founders are a must. Plus you may bring members of your executive team (please specify how many on registration as there are limits in terms of space)

A maximum number of organisations / teams can attend our small group workshop and where possible we match teams that are similar in size and stage. This allows everyone to benefit from impulses and learning from other scale-up leaders at similar stage of growth.

All preparation and course materials will be provided before and during the workshop.
