The Art of Scaling Your Business

This month we talk scaling with two women with incredible stories to tell.

Scaling is the art of having the foundations, systems and support to grow your business successfully. Whether you are a service-based or product-based business (or both) scaling seems to be that hurdle we are all facing and not jumping over easily.

This month we talk to a product-based business owner that is taking the world by storm and two service-based business owners about their processes, challenges and solutions in scaling their businesses thus far.

Meet Jordan McGregor. You may recognise her and her incredible brand Bare and Boho from Shark Tank, The Young Achiever Awards or her collaborations with Aldi. This powerhouse mum launched her brand in 2017 and is now a recognised name globally in eco baby care with no plans of stopping. We are going to pick Jordan's brains about how she managed the manufacturing and ordering of products, marketing, staff, systems and processes allowing her to scale successfully and so quickly.

Next, a face many Belle's will know, Kirsty Visman. You would have seen her at events before wearing fabulous frocks and all the colours of the rainbow, but what you may not know is this lady is the managing director of one of Brisbane's top PR and Marketing agencies, working with internationally recognised companies like Roadshow Films, Paramount Pictures, Origin Energy, Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Legacy, Guide Dogs Australia, Mirvac and much more! Along with her diverse and experienced team, these guys are known for making noise in their industry and their unique team culture, and Kirsty is going to talk us through her story of complexities and success in scaling and growing a service based business.

Then, of course, our wacky host Jess Ndenda will throw her two cents in on the matter... like we could stop her! But in all seriousness, Jess has owned a digital marketing agency for over 6 years and has made a lot of mistakes, and spent even more time correcting them in learning to scale her business. So she will host this panel with real-life experience at front of mind and be sure to ask the questions we are all thinking.
