Biographies:
Sharon Gray: recognising that we all need each other to make the most of this weird and wonderful opportunity called life, Sharon is passionate about working for transformation, equity and sustainability for all. Her roles as educator, consultant, facilitator, therapist and supervisor, along with being a mother of a young man with a disability, ground her with the breadth, depth, tears, laughter and wisdom she brings to her work. Sharon has master’s degrees in education and Counselling and her extensive career includes school and tertiary education, senior management, pastoral care and outdoor education. Sharon enjoys kayaking, yoga, gardening and goofing around with her family, friends, and Labrador.
Fiona Read: is a community and health services professional with over 20 years' experience planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating human service reforms and initiatives across the mental health, housing, disability and aged care sectors. Fiona is deeply committed to social justice, nurturing relationships and encouraging the individual growth of others. Fiona values the importance of working deeply, intentionally and with clear purpose. Fiona holds tertiary qualifications in health science, project management, change management, frontline business management, training which provides the solid foundation to her work application. Fiona is inspired and learns daily by her husband and her two children. In her free time, Fiona likes to go to the beach, watch sunsets, play netball, connect with friends and relax with her family.
