Join us for a nurturing Scenic Sunset Sound Session in Boonah!

Nurture yourself and your nervous system with 2 hours of nurturing, restorative and grounding sound meditation.

We'll start the afternoon with a beautiful simple and powerful Guided Pranayama (Breathing exercise), followed by a guided Meditation on the 5 Elements and their connection to our body and energy centres.
After which, you will be immersed in the powerful vibrations of Sound Healing Bowls and unique Gongs. 

The Gongs are powerful instruments which allow your body to draw what it needs from them and get the energy moving through!
Their Vibrations work with the Subtle Energetic body and can help ground body and mind, find clarity, detoxify the body, improve sleep quality, the list goes on... The effects are often subtle and can last for several days after the experience.

You will be able to enjoy a few little nibbles at the end to make sure you are bright and ready before 'floating' home or getting behind the wheel.

BYO Yoga Mat, Water bottle, Blanket, Pillow, Eye pillow or a light scarf to cover your eyes if you feel like, blanket to cushion your back... AND anything to keep you warm and comfortable lying down for 90 minutes.
