Guide, Educator, Bodyworker & Scent Master | Blending Hands-On Therapy, Aromatherapy, Education & Mentoring for Authentic Living

For over three decades, my calling has been to guide individuals back to their essence - to help you remember who you are and fall in love with your life again. My practice is built on a foundation of 30+ years of continuous, dedicated training and practice in the core disciplines of Remedial Massage (Myotherapy), Aromatherapy, and Reflexology.

I hold a deeply supportive, nurturing space where I blend the wisdom of these hands-on therapies with the art of holistic mentoring. Here, you are truly heard. Together, we create a sanctuary for whatever is unfolding, allowing for profound reconnection, healing, and the simplicity of just being.

My commitment extends beyond individual clients. Having been deeply involved in supporting the development of practitioners in our field, I am passionate about the process of personal and collective unfoldment. This same passion fuels my work as a Scent Master and founder of All Essential Oils. As an educator and curator, I hand-select the purest global essences and craft bespoke blends and workshops, helping you integrate these beautiful botanicals as tangible, daily supports for your wellbeing.

With a lifelong commitment to this work, you are in experienced and caring hands. My greatest joy is supporting you - whether you are a client or a fellow practitioner - in building a deep, compassionate relationship with yourself. This is the true foundation for all healing.
