Held on the Winter Solstice, this immersive afternoon retreat invites you into a deeply restorative space of ritual, scent creation, and sound healing.

The Winter Solstice celebrates the return of the light and serves as a turning point – a time of stillness, reflection, and inner renewal. Within this ceremonial container, we gather to honour that passage through sensory experience, guided practice, and energetic alignment.

The afternoon begins with a grounding meditation to settle your body and discover your personal mantra. From here, you are guided through the creation of a personal signature scent using essential oils and wildflower essences. This is a form of intuitive, natural perfumery — an alchemical process where fragrance becomes a vessel for intention, memory, and inner expression.

Each scent created becomes more than perfume. It is an energetic elixir, carrying the imprint of your unique intention and the subtle intelligence of plant medicine.

No prior experience is required. All materials, tools, and guidance are provided in a supportive and accessible environment.

The experience closes with an immersive sound healing and Reiki energy integration session, designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and subtle recalibration.

Facilitated by Alchemist Carley McGee and Sound Practitioner Carol Merry. This offering is part of The Atelier Series — workshops dedicated to the art of scent creation as ritual and self-inquiry.
