From the brains behind the Geelong Fragrance Fair, we’re excited to welcome you to our very first community event for the Olfactive Society.
Get ready to swap, sniff, and socialise at the Olfactive Society Scent Swap—an evening celebrating fragrance, community, and the joy of discovery. Hosted at the iconic Anther Distillery Geelong, this is your chance to give your unloved perfumes a second life and find a new scent to fall in love with.
Rules of Play
Bring a fragrance: Bring along a full-sized bottle of perfume that is at least ¾ full—something beautiful that just doesn’t suit you anymore. (No dupe fragrances please)
Receive a swap token: Exchange a bottle of perfume for a swap token, which you can trade for another scent that catches your nose.
Browse and discover: Explore a treasure trove of perfumes brought by fellow fragrance lovers—niche, designer, vintage, and everything in between.
What to Expect
Complimentary Drink: enjoy a delicious Anther cocktail on arrival (+ non-alcoholic option)
Scent Exchange: Swap your gently used perfume for something new-to-you
Distillation: Anther will run a botanical distillation demo, so you can see the process in action
Sample Lucky Dip: Bring along any spare samples you have to add to our lucky dip bowl
Live Entertainment: There’ll be a live DJ, snacks, and delicious Anther cocktails
