Hi, I’m Nuthan. I spent the first decade of my career traveling to 11 countries for brands like Oreo, only to realize that while the world was getting faster, we were getting lonelier and more burnt out.

After overcoming my own battle with depression and insomnia, I pivoted from consumer strategy to human thriving. Today, I’m a happiness researcher and two-time TEDx speaker dedicated to one mission: helping you Slow Down, Savour, and Smile.

What to expect at my events: My sessions aren't just talks—they are "wholesome experiences." I blend rigorous behavioral science with sensory interventions (yes, that includes therapeutic perfumery!) to help you:

Beat Burnout: Practical tools to restore deep rest.
Build Connection: Move past small talk into meaningful human constellations that support and balance each other.
Restore Meaning: Science-backed activities that translate to real-life resilience.

My research on happiness is published by Cambridge University Press and is currently being used in the Netherlands to tackle burnout. I’ve had the honor of being recognized by the House of Lords and the UNDP, and I’ve served as faculty at globally top-ranking institutes like IIMK, JIPMER.

Whether I’m working with the government or teams at LinkedIn, Doscovery Channel, or Hyatt, my goal is always the same: to help you find your way back to yourself.

When I’m not researching: You’ll find me exploring local cuisines, wandering the outdoors, or lost in a deep conversation.
