Description
This 24-hour workshop series aims to introduce you to the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). As a participant, you will have the opportunity to consider how SoTL can inform your teaching practice and explore how you can incorporate a scholarly lens into your practice. You will also have an opportunity to develop a research question arising from your discipline or teaching experience and conduct a literature review based on your research question.

Describe the key characteristics of SoTL
Map the SoTL research process from conceptualization to dissemination
Critique current scholarship in teaching and learning
Identify SoTL research strategies
Develop a SoTL research question arising from own teaching experience or discipline
Conduct a literature review based on a SoTL question
