Fit N Well is the world's first Exercise-Based Mental Health service. Our School Cant Group offers support for young people struggling to attend school for any reason. This program invites both the youth and their caregiver to our facility to engage in workouts led by qualified professionals who are not only Social Workers but also accredited fitness trainers.

Participants will be divided into two groups: parents will work with Tara, our personal trainer, while students will work with Anthony.

The primary focus of these sessions is self-care and fostering connections. While physical activity will be incorporated, our goal is to address the challenges faced by both young people and their caregivers and foster a sense of community. We recognize the complexities of school absenteeism and aim to provide support and respite for young people and their families.

Sessions are limited to four couples (one young person and one adult) to ensure personalized attention and support.
