Children often carry frustrations and anger within, leading to pent-up energy and tension. With Voice Yoga, also known as Vocal Freedom, kids will rediscover the incredible power and connection between their breath, movements, and voice. Absolutely no prior experience is necessary, as the exercises are tailored to suit each child's individual abilities.

In this exciting and engaging one-hour session, thanks to support from the Ravensthorpe Hopetoun Future Fund, kids will learn to release accumulated stress from their daily lives in a fun and liberating way! Through laughter and vocalising, children will have the freedom of expressing their inner selves. Vocal Freedom allows children to be loud and enjoy letting go of their frustrations and anger in a positive and healthy manner.
