Times: 10am – 1pm (4 x 30-minute sessions daily)
Location: near TerryWhite Chemmart
Cost: Free
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY
1. Participants must be pre-registered for the event. On arrival, participants must show their ticket and proof of ID. If participants refuse or are unable to show proof of registration or ID they will be deemed ineligible to participate.
2. Failure to attend on the registered day and time will result in participants forfeiting their tickets.
3. If for any reason this Event is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Event including these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Promoter and any companies associated with the Event accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of participation in the Event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5. By participating in this event, the participant agrees to the promoter collecting and using the personal information which the participant provides for the following purposes:
a. Carrying out the Event.
b. To provide future communications from the Promoter including marketing promotions, special offers, future competitions, school holiday activity, newsletters, and other marketing material. The participant may at any time choose not to receive this information.
c. By participating in the Event, a participant consents to the collection and use of this information as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
