Join Miss Dani from Wild Flow Wellbeing for a relaxing morning of Nature Yoga, Mindfulness and Nature Craft under the trees

Our session will start with a welcome circle and fun group yoga and mindfulness session (suitable for all ages and levels of fitness)

followed by a Nature Inspired Craft Activity

*Suitable for Kids 3-12 years

*Bubs in arms and younger siblings welcome

*Parents & Caregivers are encouraged to join in and enjoy the morning together

What to Bring (Yoga mats are provided)

* Sunsafe comfortable clothing to move in

* Hat & Pre Applied Sunscreen and bug repellant (as there can be a few bugs around)

* Waterbottle

In the event that there is rain around, there is an undercover area that we use. Unless it is torrential or unsafe storm activity, this event will still go ahead
