School holiday- Make a raised planter box and take plants home: Power Tools 101, The ReCreators Green Space, Thursday 8 Oct, 10am-4pm

Boost your DIY skills with The ReCreators these school holidays! Rangatahi will learn to use power tools safely while building their own raised planter box. Guidance will be provided with drills, saws, and sanders, and everyone will take home seedlings to plant and get their own garden growing.

Wear covered shoes and fitted clothes, bring a snack and drink. We’ll cover safety, tool basics, and guide you through each step.

Perfect for age 10-16, Please no younger as you need a fair amount of maturity and strength to attend this class.

Strictly age 10+.

• Parking: please note that we have parking available just inside the gate at Chamberlain Rd. Please do not drive past the gravel and onto the concrete area.
