Mind & Body Psychology are excited to be hosting this school holidays Mindful Art workshop for teens in our heritage, light-filled clinic.
MINDFUL ART WORKSHOP FOR TEENS:
Is your creative teen struggling with stress, anxiety, and their well-being? Would they like to spend some time learning how to chillax with a vibrant illustrator and arts teacher, on how they can use art to help them calm and centre themselves, manage stress and anxiety, and improve their well-being?
Join illustrator and educator Lou Endicott in exploring how mindful pattern drawing (doodles) can be a fun and relaxing way to unwind and bring yourself into the present moment.
Simple step by step guides will be offered by Lou to give your child the tools to incorporate this gentle style of art into their personal kit of calm.

Price: $70 (inc GST)*
*Refunds are allowed up to 7 days before the event. Refunds will be the ticket price minus 10% to cover booking & administration fees. To receive a refund, you must cancel your booking through humantix's self-manage system up to 7 days before the event to receive your refund.

About the facilitator:
Lou Endicott is a Melbourne based illustrator, arts facilitator and surface pattern designer. She is inspired by the natural world and by sharing tools with people to enhance their creative confidence.
With over 25 years as experience as an arts educator and a background in performing arts, Lou aims to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for workshop participants.
In between creative projects Lou works with school groups and the general public at the Melbourne Museum as a presenter and Learning Facilitator.
