    Event description

Mind & Body Psychology are excited to be hosting this school holidays Mindful Art workshop for teens in our heritage, light-filled clinic.

    MINDFUL ART WORKSHOP FOR TEENS:

Is your creative teen struggling with stress, anxiety, and their well-being? Would they like to spend some time learning how to chillax with a vibrant illustrator and arts teacher, on how they can use art to help them calm and centre themselves, manage stress and anxiety, and improve their well-being?

Join illustrator and educator Lou Endicott in exploring how mindful pattern drawing (doodles) can be a fun and relaxing way to unwind and bring yourself into the present moment.
