Ma Petite Patisserie- Summer Holiday Baking Program for Teenagers

Open to Teenagers from 11 to 15 years old. 

Here is the perfect Christmas gift for your child. Give them an experience they will remember.

Kick off the program by revisiting the nostalgic treats of French childhood goûter. Young chefs will create delicious napolitains, delicate madeleines, irresistible cookies, and delightful pims.

Day 1: French Childhood Goûter

Morning Schedule:

- 8:30 am - 9 am: Arrival and Welcome

- 9: am - 9:45 am: Morning Tea Break - Children will enjoy a light snack (fruit and any trimmings :)) to refuel for the morning's patisserie activities.

- 9:45 am - 11:30 am: French Childhood Goûter Baking - Our young chefs will dive into creating delicious napolitains, delicate madeleines, irresistible cookies, and delightful pims.

Lunch: (Please note that lunch is not included)

- 11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Lunch Break - We'll head to a designated area for a leisurely lunch and outdoor play at a close by playground.

Afternoon Schedule:

- 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Continue French Childhood Goûter Baking - The young patissiers will complete their delectable treats.

- 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Dessert Presentation - Young chefs will learn how to beautifully present their creations.

- 3:00 pm - 3:15 pm: Afternoon Tea Break - Children will enjoy another light snack, savouring the desserts they've created.

- 3:15 pm - 3:30 pm: Recap and End of Day - We'll reflect on the day's achievements, ensuring everyone is proud of their French Childhood Goûter creations.

Throughout the day, our experienced instructor will guide and inspire the young chefs, making sure they have a delightful and educational experience while creating these nostalgic French treats. Enroll your child now for a memorable school holiday adventure at "Ma Petite Patisserie"!
