Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the event to run on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the event your spot may be given to someone else, and you may be refused entry. To avoid this, please contact the library on the above phone numbers to let staff know you will be late.

Cancellations

If you are no longer able to attend this event, please cancel your tickets as soon as possible to allow other children to participate. Follow these steps:

2. Click the refund/cancel tab

3. Select which tickets you would like to cancel and follow the prompts
