Building strong body-brain connections supports your child’s developmental milestones. This research-based movement class features guided exercises and small equipment, essential skills, dance and music to promote confidence, coordination, learning, and wellbeing.

Please note:

Do not attend if unwell
Children under the age of 11 must be supervised by an adult at all times
If you cannot make it to the event, we strongly encourage you to cancel your ticket to ensure your spot is allocated to someone on the waitlist
