School Holidays: Upcycling Adventures - Turn Trash into Treasure

Looking for a fun, free activity these school holidays? Join us for Upcycling Adventures at Queens Park Environmental Education Centre where kids can get hands on and transform everyday recycled materials into amazing works of art, imaginative creations, and unique treasures!
Using a variety of clean recycled items such as cardboard, boxes, containers, paper, bottle caps, fabric and more children will be able to explore their creativity, problem-solving skills, and imagination.
This drop-in self-led program is open to all ages and all skill levels.
What to Expect:
♻️ Create art and crafts using recycled materials
🎨 Explore creativity and imagination
🌟 Design unique masterpieces to take home
🕒 This is a self-led activity where kids can take all the time they want creating
Come along and discover how ordinary items can become extraordinary treasures. Let your imagination lead the way as you recycle, reimagine, and recreate.
All ages welcome. All skill levels welcome. Free to attend.
No need to book a ticket just drop by during opening hours (9am - 2pm) and jump in!
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

There will be a range of recycled items available, including possible small parts, so we encourage adults to supervise and participate alongside their children.

No - we will have a range of recycled items and craft supplies available for use.
