School Holiday Workshop - Plant and Sip - Sustainable Ipswich

Join us these school holidays for this fun workshop where kids get to pot their own native plant while enjoying a fruit juice!
In this workshop children will get to decorate their own terracotta pot and then pot a native plan into it for taking home. Children will get to learn about native vs invasive plants, how their plant survives and the types of soil their plant likes.
Each child will get a fruit juice to enjoy.
This workshop is run by EnviroMentoring.
The workshop is designed for school age children (5+). Confident kindy age children (4 years) can participate with parental support. The workshop is not suitable for very young children. The centre has a number of age appropriate activities for very young children to enjoy with while older children in their group participate in the workshop.
This is a free activity, however bookings are essential and spaces are limited. If you are no longer able to attend the event, please cancel your booking so that other on the waitlist can attend.
Please note children must be actively supervised at all times and not to be left at the activity without a parent/adult guardian.
Please only book tickets for those who are participating in the workshop not supervising adults.
We ask you to please stay at home on the day of the event/session if you are unwell or are displaying COVID-19 or cold/flu symptoms, no matter how mild.
