October is Mental Health Month and Music has been shown to be a great way to relax and unwind so what better way to combine two of the most popular, time consuming art forms ever than a movie celebrating the power of music!
This year the theme for headspace Day is 'Do Nothing" and movies are a great way to switch off and disconnect from the real world for a moment.
Join us for a free screening of the timeless film, "School of Rock" to celebrate headspace day with the crew at headspace Adelaide

Arrive from 5pm for a 5:30pm screening time.

Anyone aged between 16-25

How to find us before the session?
Look for staff in the green headspace t-shirts to check in. You can meet us at 5:00pm in the foyer area so we can have a chance to connect with other attendees and chat about wellbeing before grabbing your ticket and popcorn. The movie will begin at 5:30pm, anyone who arrives after this time will unfortunately miss out on attending the session.
