This in-person workshop blends Tantric Yoga, profound philosophical teachings and transformative practices, offering you a space to awaken your true essence, alchemise your energy and deepen your connection to the divine within.

Here, at the School of the Tantric Arts, you'll be guided to explore Tantra in a safe and supportive environment. Each training, we’ll delve into the physical, sensual and spiritual practices of Tantra, drawing from the traditions of Tantric Shaivism, Tantric Shaktism and Vajrayana Tantric Buddhism. These teachings have been passed down through the ages to help you align your energy and live your life with greater vitality, creativity and purpose.

Each session consists of two parts:

Tantric Yoga – a 75 minute class of Breathwork, movement and energy practice designed to awaken and circulate your life force energy, bringing you into deeper connection with yourself.
Tantric Philosophy – A deep dive into Tantric teachings, offering insights into Tantric Shaivism, Shaktism and Vajrayana Buddhism—teaching you how these ancient lineages can be integrated into modern day life.

Over the course of our time together, you’ll explore practices that will:

Enhance your physical flexibility, strength and body awareness—relieving tension and pain, regulating the nervous system and boosting overall vitality
Build emotional resilience, deepen self-acceptance and nurture connection with oneself and others through authentic relating, emotional exploration and expression
Strengthen your connection to universal energy, promoting a sense of oneness, balance, bliss and creative flow
Support you in releasing blocks, setting healthy boundaries, strengthening inner peace and cultivating depth and love in your relationships

Commitment: The sessions are designed to build upon one another, so committing to a series allows you to fully experience the transformative power of Tantra. However, you're always welcome to join at any time—each session offers valuable insights on its own.
Energy Shifts: We will be moving energy as we engage body, mind and soul in practice and philosophy. Be ready for transformations.
Respect and confidentiality: This is an intentional space of safety and support. What is shared here stays here.
Clear Boundaried Environment: The focus is on Tantric philosophy, yoga and energy practices. Whilst sacred sexuality may be discussed in some contexts, it will not be physically explored during these classes.

No prior experience is necessary. Our sessions are designed for both beginners and those with previous experience. The teachings and practices will meet you where you are.

What if I can’t attend every class?
We understand that life can be busy. To support you, all classes will be recorded and accessible through an optional membership platform, allowing you to participate at your own pace. For those seeking a deeper, more immersive experience, we encourage attending live to fully connect with the community and engage in real-time interactions.

Can I join anytime?
Yes! You can join at any point. While the sessions build on one another, each one stands alone, offering valuable insights and practices that can support you on your journey, no matter when you start.
