Hosted by Down Syndrome NSW.
Join us for the School to Work webinar, a practical session for families and supporters of people with disability who want to build real pathways to meaningful, typical employment. Guest speakers Talia Roshan and Katie Hodges from Resourcing Inclusive Communities, an initiative of Family Advocacy, will share strategies families can use now, along with examples of what works in schools, communities and workplaces.

  • How families and support networks can collaborate to achieve employment goals

Speaker bio

Talia Roshan and Katie Hodges lead the School to Work Project at Resourcing Inclusive Communities, an initiative of Family Advocacy. Over the past five years they have worked alongside families to support young people with disability to pursue meaningful, typical employment in the community. They provide practical strategies, tools and success stories, and engage with professionals across education, disability and employment sectors. Talia and Katie hold certification in Customised Employment and continue to build their expertise in best practice approaches to inclusive employment.
