About the Online Workshop
This online workshop is for all school staff and other professionals who work with secondary school students with disabilities.

Exploring what Customised Employment can offer
Pathways to employment
About the Presenter:Nellie has grown up as a sister to someone with complex disabilities, and been exposed to CRU’s work and part of building a good life for their sibling from a young age. Nellie has spent the last decade working in the disability sector, as a direct support worker, case manager, Circle of Support facilitator, and mentor. Nellie has supported individuals, alongside their families, to find employment, move into their own home, start their own micro-businesses, study, volunteer, and build friendships and relationships. Nellie is particularly passionate about people with disabilities being encouraged and provided support to pursue non-segregated post school pathways, by building typical and valued lives in their communities.
