SCI-MAA Ceremonial Dance Level 1 and Self-Awereness Activities - Hum Studio - Dee Why

Come and join this unique experience  at the beautiful and peaceful Hum Studio in Dee Why at 4:30PM for a two hours SCI-MAA Level 1 Ceremonial Dance accompanied by self-awereness activities and a Tea Ceremony.

In this coming and special workshop, Sabine founder of SCI-MAA  will be introducing you to technics to connect to your full power to heal. A power that has always been within you.

SCI-MAA guided ceremonial dance is a mind-body, energy therapy that uses mandalas, music, and dance to guide you to be aware of your thought patterns, to connect to the present, and to let it go while working with the energy fields within and surrounding you.

SCI-MAA's  ceremony dance space structure is based on a sacred geometry in which the healers are located at different spaces around the guide, located at the center of the sacred geometry.

The dancers are called "healers" because they self-heal and heal others by working on themselves and others, thru guidance to feel better and therefore connect better to others.

While dancing, the "healers"  practice actively about  :

1)"Disconnecting" from the unnecessary pattern of thoughts thru awareness,

2) "Connecting" to the present and to the surrounding , and

3)"Letting go" of any pattern of thoughts that are not necessary anymore.

SCI-MAA guiding dance ceremony is built on 3 levels of practice:

• Level 1 : Introduction to SCI-MAA and its basics.

• Level 2: Development of the basics and the use of the space ( Healers who attended Level 1). In this level, the healer understands the principles of SCI-MAA and its linguistic approach.

• Level 3: Complete Guiding dance ceremony (special event and only regular healers to Level 2). At this stage, the healer is fully confident in the principles and the linguistic movements of SCI-MAA. The practice can be more spiritual to reach a Trancendental state of mind. Naturally the healer is not anymore the mind and neither the body.
