“When intention and the body's universal language merge, the body is sanctified as a messenger of the soul, giving form to its deepest whispers and beckoning forth its most cherished dreams."

Sabine Leila Lepoultier Touré

SCI-MAA® Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance® is a revolutionary holistic guided movement meditation and energy healing practice that brings awareness of the existence of a universal language of the body, we are all connected to.

Sabine Leila Laliya Lepoultier Touré, founder of SCI-MAA Practice, observed that there are "Five Primary Universal Movements" based on what she has lighted on and called the " Five Primary Universal Intentions", found and utilised worldwide through dance, daily habits, and education. At times, these movements may not carry specific meanings for individuals. As people navigate their daily routines such as waking up, commuting, eating, drinking, praying, and going to sleep—these actions become second nature. She observed also that these universal movements align with sacred geometric patterns, serving as a universal language and are also indirectly linked to mythologies related to the stars, in specific cultures and traditions.

These five fundamental movements common across cultures are the foundation of the SCI-MAA Linguistic framework. Sabine created this framework to bring awareness and access on something so profound: a universal language of the body that we all share unconsciously which is connected to the Mind, and ultimately to the Soul and viceversa: the SCI-MAA Sacred Linguistic Dance.

SCI-MAA Sacred Linguistic Dance® framework combines these movements with four thematic elements and three objectives, highlighting their connection to sacred geometry and ceremonial spaces: “Blocks of dance” with “Thematic“ and“ Objectives”, form the core of the Energy Medicine aspect of the SCI-MAA practice.

Each movement weaves together themes and dance Blocks, creating a profound language—a universal language that speaks directly to the soul.

There are five primary "Blocks of dance" in SCI-MAA. From Sabine's observation, each of these movements or block of dances carries an intention. In SCI-MAA linguistic framework the verbal translation of each of these movements or blocks of dances are:

"I am bowing to/from an Energy";
"I am healing others to/from an Energy";
"I am healing myself to/from an Energy";
"I am defending/attacking to/from an Energy";
"I am grounding to/from an Energy".

The language manifests further when both a Thematic and an Objective are added.

The SCI-MAA practice highlights that when the Sacred Linguistic Dance® is integrated into the SCI-MAA three-stage mindfulness meditation, this combination can positively influence the subconscious mind by:

Enhancing positive thoughts and emotions;
Boosting self-awareness;
Assisting in managing negative thought patterns;
Calming the conscious mind;
Enhancing intuition;
Reducing stress;
Fostering emotional healing.

There are three pathways for exploring the practice:

Sacred Ceremonial Structure: Unique and structured.
Group Workshop: Dynamic and adaptive.
One-to-One Session: Personalized and tailored.

There are three Levels of SCI-MAA Practice:

Level 1: Introduction to SCI-MAA and its basics.
Level 2: Development of basics and space utilization.
Level 3: Complete Guided Dance Ceremony (exclusive for Level 2 practitioners).

In a standard SCI-MAA Ceremonial structure, the Guide supports participants by leading them through the SCI-MAA mindfulness meditation practice and the use of performance art, songs, drums, and poetry, harnessing the profound healing power of art. Art expresses the wisdom of the soul while promoting healing for the mind, body, and spirit. SCI-MAA Guide is an Artist: a “Shamanka.

At our coming event, the space will be transformed into a Ceremony Level 01 , a sacred and safe environment where you will be led in the meditative movements of “Sacred Linguistic Dance". This experience will allow you to release anything you do not longer need and simply be, while expressing yourself freely. Additionally, you'll embark on a storytelling journey through art performances with different SCI-MAA Guides: Charlotte, Christina, Kate, Sabine,Meli, Josh, or Maca showcasing their unique healing arts, including smoke ceremonies, and poetry. Mind-body cleansing, along Reiki, will also be available. Each Ceremony will be held by a different guide each month and supported by others Guides. This will be an opportunity for you to meet the Guides and understand further the practice.

Each guide brings their own essence, their own beliefs (paganism, animism, monotheism, monism, ecetera) on top of the SCI-MAA Animistic practice. SCI-MAA is a welcoming holistic and spiritual practice where each Guides shine their own uniqueness while speaking the common animistic language of SCI-MAA and where the participants are welcome as they are.

"SCI-MAA brings a light on what connects us"

Finally, the evening will conclude with some snacks, sharing, and socialisation. It will provide an opportunity to meet other attendees.

Children and people with disabilities are encouraged to participate. Please inform us when booking your tickets so that we can arrange to provide the best possible service. This practice aims to embrace greater inclusivity. Your feedbacks will be appreciated.
