You made it! Congratulations! You have finalised the first stages of self-awareness thru our SCI-MAA Grounding and Connection workshops.

In this coming and special workshop, Sabine founder of SCI-MAA will be introducing you to technics to connect to your full power to heal. A power that has always been within you.

This session will focus specifically on the solar plexus chakra thru fun and powerful activities. This center of energy is also called the third chakra.

Through disconnecting from certain patterns of thoughts, connecting to the present and letting go in a safe and loving space, you will be able to release core emotionnal patterns, alchemise emotions (as fear into love or anger into peace), and discover spiritual freedom and unconditional love.

This session is part of a serie of 7 worshops in which SCI-MAA practitioners are learning the fundamental linguistic dance movements of SCI-MAA and how these movements could be used as energetic tools of self-healing and awareness.

The event focuses on bringing together women as a community to focus on healing and connecting with each other.

During the evening, Sabine will be guiding you thru :

☆☆ Heart Meditation,

☆☆ others activities to empower you as a woman to reach your core thought patterns in the fattest and most direct way, and heal anything you experience at the deepest core level.

At the end of each worshops, you will gain additional tools of self-awereness to become your own healer and you will strengthen your SCI-MAA healers'nework.
