Our series of SCI-MAA Chakra Awakening workshops are back, with Expand Love.

Expand Love is a Heart Chakra focused workshop for women. It's part of a seven-part series of workshops to awaken the chakras.

In this series, Sabine, founder of SCI-MAA, will introduce you to SCI-MAA linguistic dance movements. These unique combinations of exercises are designed to awaken, activate your chakras and connect with your full power to heal. This power has always been within you.

Disconnecting from un-useful thought patterns, connecting to the present and letting go in a safe and loving space, we invite the release of core emotional patterns, the alchemising of emotions (as fear into love or anger into peace), a sense of spiritual freedom and unconditional love.

These workshops focus on bringing together women as a community to heal and connect with each other.

We will dedicate two hours to empower the heart chakra by activating energy and psychological correspondences through powerful and very accessible SCI-MAA dance movements and meditations, energy medicine and sharing-ensemble exercises.

SCI-MAA mindful guided movements followed by expressive activities will bring you on a journey of exploration, connection and expansion.

As a tradition, each of our workshops close with a Circle Tea Ceremony.

SCI-MAA Women workshops are a sacred space wherein all is welcome. Come as you are, today. You don't need to look a certain way to be spiritual. Soul is unseen until invited.
