Session Details

First Session: Saturday, June 14, 2025
This session offers you a chance to express yourself in a new light and rediscover your potential. Engage in various expressive activities aimed at helping you release resistance and explore your inner self. The session will conclude with a SCI-MAA Level 01 Workshop, including SCI-MAA Water Language and Reiki.
Second Session: Saturday, July 12, 2025
This session is designed to help you amplify your voice and harmonize with others. It will create a supportive environment for sharing your voice and connecting with fellow participants. Similar to the first session, it will also conclude with a SCI-MAA Level 01 Workshop, featuring SCI-MAA Water Language and Reiki.

This transformative workshop consists of two powerful sessions that will leave you feeling more confident and prepared to express yourself in a new way while forging connections with like-minded SCI-MAA brothers and sisters.

SCI-MAA, or Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance®, is an innovative mindfulness technique that blends active SCI-MAA guided meditation with Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance®.

Sabine Leila Laliya Lepoultier Touré has observed that human movements align with sacred geometric patterns, acting as a universal language. She identified five fundamental movements common across cultures and developed the SCI-MAA Linguistic Framework, which integrates these movements with four thematic elements and three objectives, all connected to sacred geometry and ceremonial spaces.

The SCI-MAA Linguistic framework highlights these universal movements, noting that each symbolizes sacred geometry and has significance linked to the stars. It aims to establish a methodology for consciously communicating with the body, which can influence your subconscious, emotions, and surrounding energy.

Through sacred linguistic dance movements, sound, and voice, SCI-MAA Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance® helps you:

Ground your awareness and focus on bodily sensations
Experience the world through your senses, extending beyond mental perceptions
Enhance self-awareness and connect with your authentic self

Pathways for Exploration

There are three Pathways for Exploration:

Sacred Ceremonial Structure: Unique and structured.
Group Workshop: Dynamic and adaptive.
One-to-One Session: Personalized and tailored.

Levels of Practice

There are three Levels of Practice:

Level 1: Introduction to SCI-MAA and its fundamentals.
Level 2: Development of basics and space utilization.
Level 3: Complete Guided Dance Ceremony (exclusive for Level 2 practitioners).

At the upcoming SCI-MAA - Who Am I? Raise Your Voice workshop, you will have the chance to experience the power of your voice and participate in the SCI-MAA Level 1 Workshop in a unique and structured setting.

After exploring your voice and self-expression, you will enjoy a snack and socialize before being guided through SCI-MAA Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance®. Engage in the “CALL” and participate in the SCI-MAA three-stage mindfulness technique (Disconnect-Connect-Let it Go®), hand (Reiki) healing, and a poetic visionary journey.

Sabine Leila Laliya, a Level 3 SCI-MAA Guide, will share her artistic expression to inspire liberation and expansion. SCI-MAA Guides are not just Energy Healers; they are also artists and performers. A SCI-MAA Guide serves as a Medicine Guide, healer, ceremonialist, artist, and storyteller. Sabine and another SCI-MAA guide will conduct a brief Reiki hand healing session during the integration period.

Please note that the SCI-MAA Ceremony/workshop practice encourages all participants to sit directly on the floor. Sitting on the floor enhances skeletal support, provides a stable base for meditation, and fosters a grounding effect by connecting with the Earth's energy. However, during the “Raise Your Voice” workshop, you will be invited to sit on cushions.

Finally, some snacks will be shared, and socialization is encouraged during breaks, allowing you to connect with other attendees.
