You are warmly invited to a gentle evening workshop designed just for all Women on the Central Coast — a nurturing space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Guided by Sabine, founder of SCI-MAA, this special gathering will introduce you to a beautiful technique for grounding — helping you come home to the power that has always lived within you.

In a safe and loving space, you will have the opportunity to disconnect and be aware of busy thought patterns, settle into the present moment, and gently release the emotional tension you may be carrying. Through this process, you can begin to alchemise emotions — transforming fear into love, anger into peace — and open the door to deeper spiritual freedom and unconditional love.

Together, we will lightly explore how your thoughts and emotions connect to different parts of your body, following the SCI-MAA Tree Analogy Energy Medicine. We will focus on your roots — understanding the connection between mind, body, emotions, and the subtle energy fields that surround you.

This is an evening of exploration and gentle activities, offering you new tools for letting go and discovering more of your own beautiful uniqueness.

During the evening, Sabine will lovingly guide you through:

-Grounding SCI-MAA Level 1,

-Heart Meditation,

-Gentle, empowering activities designed to help you reach your core patterns in the most direct and supportive way, and heal at the deepest level

This gathering is about women coming together as a community — to support one another, to heal, and to connect heart to heart.

The essence of the evening is grounding, exploration, letting go, love, and kindness.

Give yourself permission to pause. You deserve this.

Please be informed that the practice encourages all participants to sit directly on the floor. Sitting on the floor enhances skeletal support, offers a stable base for meditation, and provides a grounding effect by being closer to Earth's energy. However, if you need specific attention, let us know and we work out the best solution.

Women with disabilities are encouraged to participate. Please inform us when booking your tickets so that we can arrange to provide the best possible service. This practice aims to embrace greater inclusivity. Your feedbacks will be appreciated.

Finally, the evening will conclude with some snacks, sharing, and socialisation. It will provide an opportunity to meet other attendees.

Attend an evening of self-introspection, dance, sound, and expression. This event is intended for fun, and self-reflection.
