This workshop is pretty unique in itself. If you are really looking for ways to express yourself in a new light and rediscover your potential: consider participating without any doubts to this workshop.
You will engage in various expressive activities designed to help you release resistance and explore yourself more deeply. It will be super fun!
Each session starts with a short SCI-MAA Level 01 Sacred Linguistic dance (active meditation in workshop arrangement), which includes also SCI-MAA Water Language and a quick Reiki.
The next portion of the workshop create a supportive atmosphere where you can rediscover yourself and share your voice and connect with fellow participants.
Snacks and drinks are provided in the second portion of the workshop.
After attending 1-3 workshops, you will start feeling the changes within yourself with more confidence and ability to express yourself in a new manner and you will have forged new connections with like-minded SCI-MAA brothers and sisters.

SCI-MAA® Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance® is a revolutionary holistic guided movement meditation and energy healing practice that brings awareness of the existence of a universal language of the body, we are all connected to.
Sabine Leila Laliya Lepoultier Touré, founder of SCI-MAA Practice, observed that there are "Five Primary Universal Movements" and each of these movements are based on what Sabine observed and called the "Five Primary Universal Intentions" found and utilised worldwide through dance, daily habits, and education. At times, these movements may not carry specific meanings for individuals. As people navigate their daily routines such as waking up, commuting, eating, drinking, praying, and going to sleep—these actions become second nature. She observed also that these universal movements align with sacred geometric patterns, serving as a universal language and are also indirectly linked to mythologies related to the stars, in specific cultures and traditions.
These five fundamental movements common across cultures are the foundation of the SCI-MAA Linguistic framework.
SCI-MAA Sacred Linguistic Dance® framework combines these movements with four Thematic elements and three Objectives, highlighting their connection to sacred geometry and ceremonial spaces: “Blocks of dance” with “Thematic“ and“ Objectives”, form the core of the Energy Medicine aspect of the SCI-MAA practice.
When a Block of dance (intention) associates to a Thematic (direction) and an Objective, a profound language is created. In SCI-MAA, it is called " The Sacred Linguistic Dance" and the practice considers it to be a "non-verbal" universal language that speaks directly to the soul. However, to make the language accessible to everyone. The physical language can be verbally translated.
There are five main "Blocks of Dance" in SCI-MAA. To express them verbally, they can be translated as follows:
"I am bowing to/from an Energy";
"I am healing others to/from an Energy";
"I am healing myself to/from an Energy";
"I am defending/attacking to/from an Energy";
"I am grounding to/from an Energy".
The SCI-MAA practice highlights that when the Sacred Linguistic Dance® is integrated into the SCI-MAA three-stage mindfulness meditation, this combination can positively influence the subconscious mind by:
Enhancing positive thoughts and emotions;
Boosting self-awareness;
Assisting in managing negative thought patterns;
Calming the conscious mind;
Enhancing intuition;
Reducing stress;
Fostering emotional healing.
There are three pathways for exploring the practice:
Sacred Ceremonial Structure: Unique and structured, including art performances, drumming, storytelling...
Group Workshop: Dynamic and adaptive. Art performance, storytelling are optional.
One-to-One Session: Personalised and tailored. No Art performance.
There are three Levels of SCI-MAA Practice:
Level 1: Introduction to SCI-MAA and its basics.
Level 2: Development of basics and space utilization.
Level 3: Complete Guided Dance Ceremony (exclusive for Level 2 practitioners).

- Can I Practice SCI-MAA If I Am Not Animistic?
Absolutely! You can still engage in SCI-MAA even if you follow a different religion. The animistic component of the SCI-MAA holistic practice emphasizes that it is not tied to any mainstream religion or philosophy. It is rooted in the belief systems where natural elements—such as plants, animals, rocks, rivers, weather, and even inanimate objects, the Earth—are considered to possess a spirit, soul, or consciousness, which blurs the boundaries between the physical and spiritual realms. Therefore, it can be seen as an Animistic practice.
- I have a physical or/and mental disability. Can I still participate in SCI-MAA?
Yes, you are welcome to join the practice! However, it's important to consult with your healthcare provider and general practitioner to ensure that attending is suitable for you. If they approve, please also discuss with them any support you may need from us. We are more than willing to explore how we can offer you the best possible service within the limits of our professional expertise as SCI-MAA Guides. Please note that we do not provide medical advice, discuss symptoms, offer diagnoses, manage conditions, or arrange medical tests. SCI-MAA is a movement meditation practice that incorporates art performance and various holistic modalities, depending on the Guides' professional skills and the SCI-MAA level.
- Can I Bring My Children to the Practice?
Yes, children are more than welcome to join the practice! Previous SCI-MAA Ceremonies during Festivals demonstrated the positive impact on children, who truly enjoyed their experience. We believe that SCI-MAA provides a delightful meditation experience for kids through fun and artistic performances. They always have a great time! However, please inform us in advance if you plan to bring any children. You will need to read and sign the Child Waiver - Parent or Guardian form to obtain parental consent for participation. This form aims to limit the organizer's legal liability by having parents acknowledge the inherent risks and agree not to sue in the event of injury due to negligence. Keep in mind that the enforceability of this waiver depends significantly on clarity, fairness, and local laws, as providers cannot contract out of all responsibility, particularly in cases of gross negligence or faulty equipment.
- Why Do Different Guides Conduct Varying Ceremonies?
Have you ever wondered why each guide holds distinct ceremonies? For instance, one of the SCI-MAA guides was dressed lightly, while another was fully attired. The SCI-MAA practice is not affiliated with any specific religion, as it is rooted in animistic traditions. Each sister is honored for incorporating her own beliefs into the foundational animistic linguistic practices. Some guides incorporate pagan rituals as part of their holistic services when they are not engaged in SCI-MAA. Others come from Christian or Muslim backgrounds, where the acknowledgment of Divine or Angelic beings holds significance. Certain SCI-MAA guides honor the Land, Gaia, and the Trees, creating ceremonies to pay tribute to these elements. Additionally, some guides conduct ceremonies to explore and honor their own bodily or emotional differences, independent of religious affiliations. While SCI-MAA guides are unique in their approaches, they all share a commonality: they communicate through the same Sacred Linguistic Dance. SCI-MAA is about honouring Diversity!
