    Event description

Our final Science Night for 2023 is a little bit different - we’re putting a twist on it!
Not only is it a different night of the week, but Science Night is also getting taken over by The Aotearoa Plastic Pollution Alliance (APPA) for a special one-off Panel discussion facilitated by Liam Prince, Chairperson of APPA, Founding Director of The Rubbish Trip, Co-Founder of the Takeaway Throwaways campaign, Researcher for the Zero Waste Network, Former lecturer at Massey University and Composting Manager for Kaicycle.

The Aotearoa Plastic Pollution Alliance (APPA) is a collaborative forum of researchers, educators, artists, activists, and community leaders working to end plastic pollution through holistic systemic transformation.
